High-density polyethylene, short name is “HDPE”, is a thermoplastic polymer, made from petroleum, its density is greater or equal to 0.941 grams per cubic centimeter, the melting point is 130 °C (266°F), and the natural color is white. it is commonly recycled and has the number “2” as its resin identification code. As one of the well-known engineering plastics, HDPE offers high-impact strength, high chemical resistance, and very low water absorption. It can work well at the temperature range from -46°C (-50°F) to 82°C (180°F).

HDPE Plastic Sheet
HDPE Plastic Sheets are extruded from High-density polyethylene plastic. The common colors are white/natural and black, but we can manufacture different colors including blue, red, green, yellow, or triple layered dual colored HDPE sheets. The surfaces include smooth/polished, frosted, textured, and custom surfaces.
Otherwise, we also manufacture flame retardant HDPE sheets, ESD HDPE sheets, and UHMW-PE sheets.
